This position offers a competitive base salary plus a commission structure that rewards performance. This dynamic compensation package is designed to recognize and reward successful sales and loan processing efforts. This is an on-site position, requiring presence in our headquarters to foster team collaboration, utilize resources effectively, and maintain personal interactions with clients and staff.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Helps customers by answering questions and responding to requests.
- Maintains customer confidence by keeping loan information confidential.
- Uses state-of-the-art technology to manage loan pipeline and conduct credit and underwriting analysis.
- Work with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right loan products to help meet their goal.
- Maintains an active knowledge base of all organization’s loan products and an understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant
- Prepares and submits timely and accurate loan files.
- Evaluates loan applications and documentation, then informs applicants of additional requirements.
- Schedules and tracks closing dates, contingency dates, and loan rate expirations.
- Completes loan closing by explaining provisions to applicants, obtaining signatures and notarizations, and collecting fee

Education and Experience:
- High School / GED graduate
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
